If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address where applicable.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please place a new order.
